rade.wasm: the Radio Autoencoder V1 (FreeDV mode RADEV1), built by CloudHamSuite with deploy/build-rade.mjs (Emscripten 4.0.15) from three pinned upstreams: rade_c at c8a3dc156045cae2cd251e1a4be0c304c9ddf2f9 (https://github.com/freedv/rade_c), Opus at 940d4e5af64351ca8ba8390df3f555484c567fbb (https://github.com/xiph/opus) with its model opus_data-4ed9445b96698bad25d852e912b41495ddfa30c8dbc8a55f9cde5826ed793453.tar.gz, and freedv-backend at 884503f9463bd723aeae35dc5bf8ee75896d9406 (https://github.com/freedv/freedv-backend). The source files of rade_c carry their own BSD-style notices (Copyright (C) 2024 David Rowe and others).
